Our Usui Reiki Level 1 course focuses on healing the physical body through the use of Reiki energy.  In this 1-day course, you will learn the history of Reiki, how it heals, and the ethical principles of Reiki.
 
You will also receive two Level 1 attunements and learn the cleansing symbol, as well as hand positions for healing yourself and others. By the end of the course, you will feel empowered to use this healing energy to improve your own well-being and that of others.
